Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, public health and sanitation across the ship — monitoring galleys, food-prep areas, crew quarters and recreational water facilities, coordinating pest control, delivering USPH/VSP training to crew, and driving HACCP compliance alongside every department.
You’ll bring
- Experience as a Sanitation Supervisor or Officer in cruise or hospitality
- A valid USPH Training Certificate
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
