Support the kitchen of a Japanese fine-dining and omakase restaurant, assisting senior chefs with preparation, basic cooking and mise en place while you learn the craft.

You’ll bring

  • Some kitchen or culinary experience (Japanese cuisine a plus)
  • A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
  • Careful knife handling and good hygiene
  • Basic spoken English
