You’ll bring
- Extensive shipboard retail management experience (multiple contracts in retail management)
- Able to lead and coach a retail team, analyse sales figures and drive strategy
- Strong customer-service, negotiation and inventory / asset-protection skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
