A luxury resort hotel in Singapore is hiring Guest Experience Specialists for its Butler team — delivering personalised frontline butler service, creating strong first impressions and supporting guests through every part of their stay.
You’ll bring
- Prior experience in hospitality and/or F&B
- Mandarin-speaking ability preferred, to suit the property’s main guest profile (client requirement)
- Hotel Front Office experience is an advantage
- Comfortable welcoming guests, giving recommendations and handling requests professionally
- Able to coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Valet and Transportation teams
- Available for rotating morning, afternoon and overnight shifts
- A 5-day work week that includes weekends and public holidays
