Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee food production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation.
  • Manage food requisitions and verify storeroom deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor and minimise food waste while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP guidelines, and company regulations.
  • Maintain high service standards during meal periods and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment (upscale / fine-dining restaurants).
  • In-depth knowledge of various cuisines.
  • Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
