Job Responsibilities
- Oversee food production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation.
- Manage food requisitions and verify storeroom deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor and minimise food waste while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP guidelines, and company regulations.
- Maintain high service standards during meal periods and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment (upscale / fine-dining restaurants).
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines.
- Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
