Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of galley, kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with garbage disposal and follow proper waste segregation procedures.
• Support kitchen team with basic tasks and ensure sufficient supply of clean equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to company procedures.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
