Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong culinary skills and creativity in food preparation and buffet presentation.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and quality control.
- Support the Executive Chef in overall galley operations.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment (upscale / fine-dining restaurants).
- In-depth knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines.
- Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
