Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with shopping needs.
  • Engage customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and personalised service.
  • Promote special offers, new products, and ongoing promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Process transactions accurately in accordance with company procedures.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish items, and follow FIFO practices.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and storage management.
  • Report any operational or customer-related issues to management.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with high-end brands (e.g. luxury retail) is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude, team player, proactive, and adaptable.
