Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with shopping needs.
- Engage customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and personalised service.
- Promote special offers, new products, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process transactions accurately in accordance with company procedures.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish items, and follow FIFO practices.
- Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and storage management.
- Report any operational or customer-related issues to management.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with high-end brands (e.g. luxury retail) is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude, team player, proactive, and adaptable.
