Surveilance Operator (Casino)

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure safety, security, and compliance onboard.
- Conduct real-time surveillance of ship operations, passengers, and crew activities.
- Report any safety or security risks immediately to the bridge or relevant departments.
- Perform investigations and retrospective reviews of incidents and accidents.
- Prepare detailed reports on observations, incidents, and safety matters.
- Monitor key operations including embarkation, disembarkation, tender, baggage handling, and restricted areas.
- Maintain daily logs, shift handovers, and surveillance records.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and stock/sales monitoring where required.
- Ensure proper use and functionality of surveillance equipment; report any issues promptly.
- Assist in training team members and improving surveillance coverage and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Casino Dealer or in Surveillance within a hotel/casino environment (or equivalent).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of casino games and gaming operations.
- Experience as a Surveillance Operator, Pit Supervisor, or Senior Dealer is an advantage.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written), with proper grammar usage.
