Job Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems to ensure safety, security, and compliance onboard.
• Conduct real-time surveillance of ship operations, passengers, and crew activities.
• Report any safety or security risks immediately to the bridge or relevant departments.
• Perform investigations and retrospective reviews of incidents and accidents.
• Prepare detailed reports on observations, incidents, and safety matters.
• Monitor key operations including embarkation, disembarkation, tender, baggage handling, and restricted areas.
• Maintain daily logs, shift handovers, and surveillance records.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and stock/sales monitoring where required.
• Ensure proper use and functionality of surveillance equipment; report any issues promptly.
• Assist in training team members and improving surveillance coverage and efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Casino Dealer or in Surveillance within a hotel/casino environment (or equivalent).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of casino games and gaming operations.
• Experience as a Surveillance Operator, Pit Supervisor, or Senior Dealer is an advantage.
• Good English fluency (spoken and written), with proper grammar usage.
