Act as the first point of contact for HR onboard — crew welfare, employee relations, training and compliance — bridging management, crew and the shore office across a large multinational ship’s company.
You’ll bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- At least 3 years managing a team, and at least 2 years in recruitment and industrial relations
- Investigation, negotiation and grievance-resolution skills; coaching, counselling and disciplinary supervision
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English to C1 and Mandarin to B2
