Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Front Office operations and team supervision.
  • Support staff training and development.
  • Improve front office processes and guest data management.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints.
  • Manage operational and emergency situations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
