Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Front Office operations and team supervision.
- Support staff training and development.
- Improve front office processes and guest data management.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints.
- Manage operational and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
