Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk operations.
  • Handle guest check-in, room allocation, and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage guest complaints.
  • Provide hotel information and promote facilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong initiative and positive working attitude.
  • Relevant front office or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Able to work shifts (24-hour operation, 8-hour shifts).
