Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and company standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards.
  • Prepare ingredients, maintain mise-en-place, and support smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food, equipment, and work areas.
  • Follow company hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.
  • Support senior chefs and perform additional kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
