Job Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards.
- Prepare ingredients, maintain mise-en-place, and support smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.
- Support senior chefs and perform additional kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
