Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, control food costs, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
