Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels, control food costs, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Follow company hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.


Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
