Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong culinary skills and creativity in food preparation and buffet presentation.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and quality control.
  • Support the Executive Chef in overall galley operations.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment (upscale / fine-dining restaurants).
  • In-depth knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines.
  • Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
