Reservations Manager

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum of five years supervisor experience required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment, including 1 year in Reservations / Call Center.
  • Strong command of Mitel system.

Responsibility

  • Oversee the entire reservation process, from initial inquiries to check-in, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and train the reservations team, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement efficient reservation systems and processes.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on reservation activity, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
