Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/Administration field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Administration at 4-5-star hotel with previous cruise experience is preferable.
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English.
  • Strong administration skills are preferred.

Responsibility

  • Prepare the Viking daily newsletter and make corrections, once the newsletter checked by various Heads of Department.
  • Print and process questionnaires, Prepare guest lists, cocktail invitations and Special notes from the ship’s management, as required.
  • be present to take minutes for specific meetings, as required.
  • Create templates for Special Request Reports such as gift orders and Shipboard credits.
  • Print guests’ folio by the end of cruise or as required by the relevant supervisor.
  • Personalize commemorative Certificates for all guests and arrange for distribution.
