Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education and have a 3-year apprenticeship for professional chefs or a degree in Culinary Arts,
Minimum five years of experience as an Sous Chef or similar position in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant (upscale restaurant); advanced culinary & knife handling skills are required.
Good understanding of food handling procedures and specifications.
Good knowledge in Microsoft programs
Fluent in English & Mandarin, addtional languages is an advantage.
