Minimum any Professional Certificates in Culinary Art or related field or,
Advanced knowledge of French Cuisine, overall culinary knowledge, and leadership experience.
Minimum of five years in the profession in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant.
Minimum of three years of experience in a management role in a well-recognized luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.
