- Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education and have a 3-year apprenticeship for professional chefs or a Diploma in Culinary Arts,

- Minimum five years of experience as an Chef de Partie Pastry or similar position in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant (upscale restaurant).

- Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of French Cuisine, overall culinary knowledge, and leadership experience.
- Minimum of five years in the profession in 4-5-star hotel and premium restaurant.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a management role in a well-recognized luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
- Fluent in English, addtional languages is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Previous cruises industry experience is preferred.
Waiter/Waitress

- Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
- Minimum two years of experience as Waiter/Server onboard a Cruise ship or 4-5-star hotel/resort or premium restaurant.
- Strong written & verbal skills in English
Junior Assistant Purser (GSO)

- Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education in any field or Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school.
- Minimum two years of experience as Front Desk Receptionist in 4-5-star hotel or Cruise Ships.
- Strong written & verbal skills in English.
- Proficiency in the use of computer-based programs
Rooms Division Supervisor

- Minimum any Secondary School Certificate of Education or equivalent certificate in any field.
- Have two years of experience at 4-5-star hotel in rooms divisions as a Supervisory role.

- Have a experience in Intensive Care Unit is preferable.
- Have at least one year of experience in shipboard nursing experience.
