Run the bakery section as Chef de Partie, producing breads, rolls and baked goods to daily volume and quality standards while guiding and training junior bakers.
You’ll bring
- A Diploma in Culinary / Hotel Management or a related field
- At least 2 years’ kitchen experience, including bakery work at Chef de Partie level
- Professional HACCP certification and strong production discipline
- Basic spoken English
