Key responsibilities
- Sort linen daily and load and unload washers and dryers to Viking’s operating standards
- Operate the flat iron, fold towels and monitor iron-roll pressure and steam supply
- Keep dryer ducts and the laundry area clean, and report equipment faults to the Laundry Master
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow garbage-separation and outbreak-prevention standards
- Support the wider hotel team wherever operational needs arise
You’ll bring
- At least 1 year in a commercial or hotel laundry, confident operating washers, dryers and a flat iron; cruise experience an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with shift work at a steady pace
- Good English communication
