Train towards becoming a Membership Services / VIP Host with Resorts World Cruises, learning the role hands-on at the membership counter while looking after guests.
Key responsibilities
- Attend scheduled training and complete assignments and assessments
- Work the membership counter, handling membership operations and cruise bookings under guidance
- Support the execution of events and promotions when needed
- Carry out membership point adjustments and cage-window transactions as authorised
- Follow instructions from the Membership Services Manager and trainers
You’ll bring
- Minimum high-school education with excellent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of table games and slots is an advantage
- A positive, guest-focused and eager-to-learn attitude
