Key responsibilities
- Supervise the outlet crew and evaluate their performance
- Ensure standard service procedures are followed, with on-the-job training
- Assign crew to duties efficiently and prepare for events and busy periods
- Check outlet setup, cleanliness and equipment condition
- Encourage upselling while keeping guest satisfaction high
