Protect Resorts World Cruises’ guests, crew and company assets from the surveillance room, monitoring assigned areas by CCTV and reporting anything that breaches policy.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas by CCTV and safeguard company assets
- Report any policy or procedure violations to Surveillance Management
- Handle cashiering tasks and follow ship / shore surveillance policy
- Maintain professional communication with other departments by phone, radio and in person
- Understand the evacuation and emergency procedures for the department and club areas
You’ll bring
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or Nursing
- Good arithmetic and strong written and spoken English
- Discretion, integrity and attention to detail
- Willingness to work onboard on a fixed-term contract
