Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor cash handling and operational procedures.
  • Oversee service quality, stock control, and outlet performance.
  • Support team training and development.
  • Assist in operational planning and reporting.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Must have recent relevant experience in F&B operations.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Able to manage operations and team performance.
