Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor cash handling and operational procedures.
- Oversee service quality, stock control, and outlet performance.
- Support team training and development.
- Assist in operational planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Must have recent relevant experience in F&B operations.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to manage operations and team performance.
