Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of sushi and Japanese dishes.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and equipment.
- Support mise en place and kitchen setup.
- Assist in stock handling and ingredient preparation.
- Work closely with team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Must have recent relevant experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and grow in kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
