Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of sushi and Japanese dishes.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and equipment.
  • Support mise en place and kitchen setup.
  • Assist in stock handling and ingredient preparation.
  • Work closely with team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Must have recent relevant experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in kitchen environment.
  • Good teamwork and discipline.
