Job Responsibilities
- Supervise service operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Conduct shift briefings and coordinate team activities.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise service equipment and outlet readiness.
- Support manpower planning and daily operations.
- Assist management in operational execution.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Must have recent relevant experience in F&B service.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and service skills.
- Able to lead team during operations.
