Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise service operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Conduct shift briefings and coordinate team activities.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise service equipment and outlet readiness.
  • Support manpower planning and daily operations.
  • Assist management in operational execution.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Must have recent relevant experience in F&B service.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and service skills.
  • Able to lead team during operations.
