Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain cleanliness of crew mess areas, tables, and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages to crew members in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure sufficient stock of food items, utensils, trays, and supplies in the mess area.
• Clear tables, wash and store dishes, trays, and utensils properly.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and comply with company safety and Public Health standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and support smooth daily mess operations.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
