Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, workstations, floors, and waste areas according to company standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and tools safely, following proper usage and storage procedures.
- Ensure proper garbage segregation and disposal according to company hygiene policies.
- Follow all sanitation and safety regulations (e.g. USPH, VSP) to maintain a hygienic working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
