Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, workstations, floors, and waste areas according to company standards.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and tools safely, following proper usage and storage procedures.
  • Ensure proper garbage segregation and disposal according to company hygiene policies.
  • Follow all sanitation and safety regulations (e.g. USPH, VSP) to maintain a hygienic working environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
