Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and support the service team, ensuring professionalism, proper grooming, and excellent service standards.
  • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service flow to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, safety, and Public Health standards.
  • Support revenue targets by encouraging upselling and ensuring accurate billing procedures.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale / fine-dining).
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
