Job Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of galley, storage areas, dishwash, potwash, and other assigned back-of-house areas.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, extraction hoods, and ware washing equipment.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning tools and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (e.g. VSP, SHIPSAN) and proper garbage segregation procedures.
• Inspect equipment, report damages or breakages, and maintain related logs as required.
• Follow assigned schedules, maintain proper grooming standards, and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
