Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards, maintaining strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage menus.
• Ensure the bar is properly stocked, set up, and maintain accurate inventory and cost control.
• Lead and support the bar team, ensuring professionalism, proper procedures, and high service standards.
• Promote beverage events, upsell products, and support revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company alcohol policies, hygiene, safety, and Public Health standards, reporting any issues to management promptly.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale / fine-dining).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
