Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
- Lead and support the service team, ensuring professionalism, proper grooming, and excellent service standards.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service flow to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, safety, and Public Health standards.
- Support revenue targets by encouraging upselling and ensuring accurate billing procedures.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale / fine-dining).
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
