Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to ensure Sailor satisfaction, respond to feedback, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Possess good knowledge of menu items, beverages, cooking methods, table setup, and outlet operations.
• Prepare mise-en-place and ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, including refilling items such as water, bread, butter, and drinks.
• Follow USPH health regulations, company alcohol policy, and maintain cleanliness of tableware and equipment.
• Assist with embarkation/disembarkation, luggage handling, and support other restaurant, room service, or crew dining duties as required.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale / fine-dining).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
