Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction, including greeting guests and creating a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain good knowledge of menu items, beverages, cooking methods, table setup, and outlet operations.
  • Take and process orders accurately, ensure timely food delivery, and monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation.
  • Attend to guest needs, dietary requirements, and special requests, while communicating effectively with supervisors and kitchen team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas according to company and USPH standards.
  • Follow company policies, including alcohol policy, and assist with embarkation/disembarkation, luggage handling, and other service duties as required.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale / fine-dining).
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
