Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee Front Office operations and ensure service excellence.
  • Manage team performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in hotel front office with managerial exposure.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera or hotel systems preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
