Job Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Office operations and ensure service excellence.
- Manage team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and operational issues.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in hotel front office with managerial exposure.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of Opera or hotel systems preferred.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
