Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Front Office operations.
- Ensure service delivery meets company standards.
- Handle guest requests and operational issues.
- Support team coordination and shift management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Front Office with supervisory experience.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Proficient in hotel systems (e.g. Opera).
- Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
