Job Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks according to recipes.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and workstations.
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
- Support daily kitchen operations and service flow.
- Assist in stock handling and basic inventory control.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
- Must have recent relevant experience in kitchen or food preparation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
