Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks according to recipes.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and service flow.
  • Assist in stock handling and basic inventory control.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
  • Must have recent relevant experience in kitchen or food preparation is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
