Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests professionally at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to tables according to standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of hostess station and menus.
• Support service team when required.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in F&B service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with professional appearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
