Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas including bathrooms, elevators, offices, carpets, floors, walls, windows, furniture, and upholstery.
- Dispose of trash properly, empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and ensure cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Handle cleaning equipment safely and maintain a sanitary environment for guests and crew.
- Collect used glasses, china, and cutlery from public areas and send to designated cleaning area.
- Assist guests politely, provide basic ship information, and support luggage handling during embarkation and disembarkation.
- Follow company grooming standards and comply with USPH hygiene and safety regulations, reporting any issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
