Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Culinary or Pastry Arts (preferred).
  • Experience in pastry, baking, or dessert preparation is required.
  • Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good teamwork and time management skills.
