• Provide personalised service to villa/VIP guests.
• Act as main contact point for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in 5-star hotel is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Must be able to read Chinese.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
