Job Responsibilities

• Supervise Butler team and ensure high service standards.
• Oversee guest experience delivery and VIP services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in hotel Butler services with supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Must be able to read Chinese.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
