Support the Restaurant Manager in running Four Seasons Yachts’ dining and bar venues, mentoring the front-of-house team and delivering the personalised, intuitive luxury service the brand is known for across guest dining, in-suite dining and special events.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations for your restaurants and lounges, coordinating seamlessly with the galley
- Lead, train and mentor the service team to Four Seasons’ luxury service standards and SOPs
- Deliver personalised, anticipatory dining experiences and resolve guest feedback promptly
- Manage labour and operating costs through scheduling, budgeting and inventory control
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, health-and-safety and SOLAS emergency-readiness standards
- Host pre-shift meetings and collaborate across departments and provisioning
You’ll bring
- 5 to 7 years in food and beverage management, including 2 to 3 years in a luxury restaurant role
- Luxury hospitality or yacht / cruise operations experience (an advantage; Michelin-star experience a plus)
- A degree in Hospitality Management (or related) and strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems
- Fluent English; able to lift 25 kg and work onboard for extended periods
