Deliver Four Seasons Yachts’ personalised in-suite experience, keeping guest suites immaculate and anticipating every need with quality AM and turndown service throughout the voyage.
Key responsibilities
- Service and clean guest suites in your section to Four Seasons standards, with AM and turndown service
- Greet arriving guests, explain suite features and provide attentive personal assistance
- Handle linen, guest laundry, minibar restocking and amenity replenishment
- Report defects, protect guest confidentiality and follow USPH sanitation standards
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, working with the House Attendants
- Coordinate with the Guest Experience Ambassador, Engineering and Concierge for seamless service
You’ll bring
- Minimum 3 years as a suite / room attendant in luxury hotels or onboard a cruise line; cruise experience preferred
- A valid STCW certificate (as required for shipboard roles)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a discreet, guest-first manner
- Fluent English and good organisational skills
- Physically fit; able to lift 25 kg and work onboard for extended periods
