Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in running Four Seasons Yachts’ dining, bar and lounge service, leading a section of the front-of-house team and delivering the brand’s signature personalised luxury service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations for your restaurant, bar and lounge areas, coordinating with the galley
- Mentor and train the service team to Four Seasons’ luxury service standards and SOPs
- Deliver personalised, anticipatory dining experiences and resolve guest feedback promptly
- Support labour and operating-cost control through scheduling, budgeting and inventory
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, health-and-safety and SOLAS emergency-readiness standards
- Manage the flow of service through meal periods with meticulous attention to detail
You’ll bring
- 5 to 7 years in food and beverage management, including 2 to 3 years in a luxury restaurant role
- Luxury hospitality or yacht / cruise operations experience (an advantage; Michelin-star experience a plus)
- A degree in Hospitality Management (or related) and strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems
- Fluent English; able to lift 25 kg and work onboard for extended periods
