Keep every public space on the yacht immaculate — lounges, bathrooms, corridors, elevators and F&B front-of-house — delivering the spotless, polished environment guests expect from Four Seasons.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas: bathrooms, elevators, offices, corridors and F&B front-of-house
- Care for carpets, upholstery, floors, walls, windows and brass, using the right products and equipment
- Clear used glassware and china, empty waste and keep public areas fully stocked with amenities
- Answer guest questions courteously and care for plants and flowers to standard
- Report repairs, assist with guest luggage on turnaround days and follow USPH sanitation standards
- Handle chemicals and equipment safely
You’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality / cleaning role; cruise experience preferred
- A valid STCW certificate (as required for shipboard roles)
- Attention to detail, reliability and pace
- Good English and a courteous, guest-aware manner
- Physically fit; able to lift 25 kg and work onboard for extended periods
